These terms govern the SMS program of Schader Investments, LLC, doing business as FasTrack Home Offers.
Program
By checking the optional SMS box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Schader Investments, LLC about your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent is given directly to Schader Investments, LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent is optional. The checkbox is never pre-checked, is not required to submit the form, and is not a condition of any service.
